The Call Recorder Cards contain instructions on how to reroute calls through our telecommunications-recording switch. Each call is channeled through a recording switch before it is answered by the receiving party.

The Card does not in any way connect to the phone, nor does it replace existing phone service.

Here are three of the most popular ways to use the Call Recorder Card

Using a new cell phone:

If you intend to use a new cell phone, call can be recorded in the following manner -

Incoming Calls: Instead of using the number that comes with the phone, you will use the Personal Phone Number (PPN) that we will assign you as your phone number. All calls made to the PPN will ring on your phone and be recorded. (For people whom you don’t want to record you can give them the number that came with the phone).

Outgoing Calls: You will program your speed dial to call your Personal Phone Number (PPN). When you hear the dial tone you will place a call and it will then be automatically recorded.

Using an existing cell phone with the existing phone number:

In order to record incoming calls to an existing cell phone number you will need to have two cell phones. Calls will be recorded in the following manner -

Incoming Calls: Upon purchase we will provide you with a Personal Phone Number (PPN). You will set up the second phone to be the “ring to” number for the PPN. (All calls will ring on the second phone.) Then you will forward the calls from your existing phone number to the PPN. Phone calls to the original number will pass through the PPN, will ring on the “ring to” phone and then be automatically recorded.

Outgoing Calls: You will program your speed dial to call your Personal Phone Number (PPN). When you hear the dial tone you will place a call and it will then be automatically recorded.

Using your existing cell phone with a new number:

With an existing cell phone, if you want to record that phone number, you will need two cell phones. Calls will be recorded in the following manner. -

Incoming Calls: Upon purchase we will provide you with a Personal Phone Number (PPN). You will set this up to ring on your cell phone and give out the PPN as your phone number. All incoming call to the PPN will be recorded. (Some people use it as a “filter”. They give out the PPN as their phone number to people they want to record, while calls that don’t need to be recorded still call the existing number).

Outgoing Calls: You will program your speed dial to call your Personal Phone Number (PPN). When you hear the dial tone you will place a call and it will then be automatically recorded.
